About - Vista Historical Society & Museum

The Vista Historical Museum is operated by the members  of the Vista Historical Society. The museum has many exhibits that depict earlier times and life here in Vista. There are photographs taken during the founding of Vista, and of early residents. The library has publications relating to the area. There are displays of minerals found in the San Diego County, as well as Native American artifacts, clothing, tools, maps and everyday items from the past.

Tours of the museum are available during normal museum hours for more information call the museum at 760-630-0444

Admission is FREE, donations are happily accepted.

Hours of Operation

The museum operating hours are from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Wednesday to Friday and the first two Saturdays of the month.
